The only game of the three that Germany allows. Ante and the Super Spins are denied explicitly rather than left to arithmetic: a 5x mode at the capped stake is a €5 spin however the client presents it.

The four fixed jackpots are NOT why Germany is refused.
They are fixed multiples of the stake rather than a pool accumulated from other players' stakes, so GlüStV §22a(8) S.2's Jackpotverbot does not obviously reach them. Recorded in the migration on purpose, so that whoever gets the answer on the collector multiple does not have to re-derive the jackpot half.
